About the Role
Park Regency is seeking a skilled and creative Remote Video Editor to produce engaging real estate media. In this role, you will lead end-to-end video editing tailored specifically for real estate agents, transforming raw footage into high-converting talking head videos and dynamic property tours across social media, web, and marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality talking head videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and main feed channels (adding captions, graphic overlays, sound design, and pacing adjustments).
- Edit engaging property tour videos, highlighting home architecture, layout flow, color grading, and cinematic transitions.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all agent and brokerage video content.
- Manage raw video assets, project files, and final exports efficiently within specified turnarounds
- Implement motion graphics, lower thirds, call-to-outs, audio cleanup, and background music selection.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing experience (real estate industry experience strongly preferred).
- Perfect written English
- Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form/talking head content and long-form/property walk-through edits.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, color correction, and audio balancing.
